  1. Sign in to your Nord Account at nordaccount.com.
  2. Click Billing in the left-hand menu.
  3. Under Subscriptions, click Cancel next to "Free trial" before the 7 days are up.
  4. Already charged? Within 30 days of your first purchase, contact NordVPN support by live chat and ask for a refund under the money-back guarantee. Google Play trials are cancelled in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; App Store purchases are refunded through Apple.
